Do you ever feel like you have so much going on, but also nothing at all? Let me explain…

Today, I have so many things that I could be doing. My house is a mess, my clean laundry is sitting around in baskets, my dirty laundry is just sitting around the house. I have a work project that I’m struggling to complete, today was payday, so I have bills to pay. I’ve been meaning to go through my clothes. Oh! I have a package to take to the post office…

This is everyday. Adulthood is an endless list of to do’s. And what do I do about it? Scroll through Facebook.

I have so much on my plate, but also, so many obstacles. Distractions, Anxiety, and just pure laziness.

I want to have a productive, healthy, and fulfilling life. That can’t happen over night, so I decided to just start with today…

I woke up at 4:40 this morning. I paid all the bills that I needed to, and my husband and I went to the gym. I’ve found that the key to a productive day for me is working out. Now, let me clarify. Gym time doesn’t automatically equal productive day, but No Gym time always equals zero productivity.

Not only did I go to the gym today, but I pushed myself, and I set a new personal record for my squats. (I’m still fairly new to weight lifting, so my husband is pretty much my personal trainer) Without…
