Here’s How I Messed it up.

In one of my previous articles, I shared the collection of old cameras that I received from a family member. You can read all about it here. Included in this collection was the Nikon FM.

This camera was made in 1977 and is a fully manual film camera.

Okay okay, I know you’re waiting for the story.

Last weekend, my friend and I decided to take our film cameras out and see what we could do.

On the Virginia Tech Campus, there is a beautiful duck pond. The ducks are very friendly and will let you get extremely close.

Attempt One:

I took pictures of the ducks but got confused when the camera was not running out of shots. It just kept letting me wind and snap.

Lesson One:

Even if the camera does not have film, it will still wind and snap as if there was film.
